Today’s entry is this story:
On the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal appeals court said the law entitles wheelchair users at a restaurant to the same view as everyone else of the food that awaits them – in this case, burritos, tacos and the rest of the fare at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Just to be clear, we have a federal court ruling on what you get see while someone makes your food.
What’s particularly funny is that that someone is probably in the country illegally. The court, however, doesn’t care about that law. It’s too busy making up other ones.
