– Shockingly, the fact that it’s nearly impossible to make money from investments is making people poorer

– Wasting your twenties is a bad idea

A big part of the success of the altright blogosphere is the synergy between HBD and the Game movement. Roissy owes his fame for joining Steve Sailer with Neil Strauss, and making his point with very good writing. The basic idea is that much of our behaviour is biologically determined, and if evolution made different populations distinct genetically, it also did that to sex.

– It’s too bad Mormons beliefs are so weird

– James replies to Roissy

– Unamused on The Camp of the Saints

– Samson on Eminem

– The Chinese Olympic performance is probably about as good as it’s going to get

– DC hearts Obama

I burned my 20’s bumming around Asia and Europe. I guess I could have been building equity in a house in Phoenix (home), only to lose my shirt. Never mind. Suburban family life is the height.

Olympics: one London journalist has remarked that for running to be as over-represented as swimming, there would have to be medals for running the 100m backwards, the 200m sidewards, and the 150m backwards while clapping your hands.

thanks for the tip, i’m definitely wasting my 20s because i think its cool, not because im systematically excluded from most good economic opportunities

I generally avoid any delving into Camp of Saints types of readings because they plunge me into a depression. The antidote is knowing that in the long run sanity will prevail. Also, signs that the powers that be are not singleminded about destroying white societies. After all, they leave the Amish alone. And then there is the Cathedral’s Waffen PP outpost in every ghetto.

I spent my 20s becoming a “successful” soulless yuppie. I don’t recommend it.

  6. What strikes me about the “Women and Bell Curves” and “Wasting Your Twenties” topics is that both problems sees to stem from a single failing–the tendency of young men and women to want someone to rescue them. That desire is obviously quite unsexy in men, so they drive that desire out of their sexual personae.

A lot of young men need to hear:
“If you keep living your life exactly as it is, where will you be in 3 years?” If you don’t like the answer, now is the time to change course.

A lot of women need to hear:
“If you keep dating men exactly like the ones you date now, where will they and you be in 3 years?” If you don’t like the answer, now is the time to change course.

  7. […] Women and Bell Curves – “We have to understand that not only men and women are different as groups, there is also variance among them. People are different, and even though human societies assign different roles to each group, that often ignores biological variance.” – from spandrell via foseti. […]
